Chocolate Banana Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (168g) milk chocolate chips, with some set aside for topping
02 - 1 cup (168g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, with some set aside for topping
03 - 3 mashed ripe bananas (about 1¼ cups)
04 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
05 - ½ cup (59g) cocoa powder
06 - ⅓ cup (73g) vegetable oil
07 - ⅓ cup (77g) sour cream, at room temperature
08 - 1 cup (200g) light brown sugar, tightly packed
09 - 2 large eggs, brought to room temperature
10 - 1¼ teaspoons baking soda
11 - 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5-inch pan with nonstick spray.
02 - In another bowl, combine the oil, brown sugar, eggs, and sour cream. Whisk until smooth.
03 - In a big bowl, stir together the flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
04 - Add the mashed bananas, wet mixture, and chocolate chips into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until everything is just mixed together.
05 - Put the batter in the pan, sprinkle with extra chocolate chips, and bake for an hour. Then, cover with foil and bake for 20 more minutes.
06 - Let it cool off in the pan. Take it out, slice it up, and enjoy!
