01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 4 cups green cabbage, sliced
03 - 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
04 - 4 green onions, chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 inch ginger, minced
07 - Cooked rice (for serving)

→ Sauce and Seasonings

08 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
10 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Cooking Oil

12 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
02 - Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
04 - Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
05 - Add the cabbage and stir until it wilts, about 5-7 more minutes.
06 - Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Remove from heat and mix in chopped green onions.
08 - Serve hot over cooked rice, garnishing with extra green onions if desired.
