Chicken Salad Croissants (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Butter Lettuce Leaves
02 - 1 dozen Small Croissants
03 - 4 ribs Celery, finely chopped
04 - 1 cup Mayo
05 - ½ tbsp Seasoned Salt by Lawry's
06 - 3-4 cups Pulled Rotisserie Chicken
07 - ½ cup Fresh Parsley, coarsely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the chicken, parsley, mayo, seasoned salt, and chopped celery in a big bowl. Stir till blended.
02 - Cut each croissant down the middle, keeping one side attached. Put a few lettuce leaves inside and spoon in some chicken mix.
03 - Gently place on a serving tray. Add some fruit and grab a chilled drink to go with it.
