Chicken Salad Croissants

Butter Lettuce Leaves

1 dozen Small Croissants

4 ribs Celery, finely chopped

1 cup Mayo

½ tbsp Seasoned Salt by Lawry's

3-4 cups Pulled Rotisserie Chicken

½ cup Fresh Parsley, coarsely chopped
# Instructions:

Combine the chicken, parsley, mayo, seasoned salt, and chopped celery in a big bowl. Stir till blended.

Cut each croissant down the middle, keeping one side attached. Put a few lettuce leaves inside and spoon in some chicken mix.
03 -
Gently place on a serving tray. Add some fruit and grab a chilled drink to go with it.
