Set your oven to heat up to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix the halved potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves, half a cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Place them on one side of the lined pan.

Using the same bowl, cover the chicken breasts with the rest of the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Put them next to the potatoes on the pan.

Bake for 25–30 minutes. The chicken should reach 165°F (75°C) inside, and the potatoes should turn crisp and golden.

Scatter fresh parsley on top just before serving.
