Creamy Chicken Pasta Dinner (Print Version)

01 - 1 1/2 lb chicken breast
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon thyme
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Pasta and Sauce

09 - 12 oz gluten-free farfalle pasta
10 - 4 tablespoons butter
11 - 2 teaspoons dry shallots
12 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
13 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
14 - 2 tablespoons gluten-free 1:1 flour
15 - 3 cups heavy cream
16 - 12 oz shredded parmesan
17 - 1/4 cup pasta water
18 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
19 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta according to package directions for al dente
02 - Mix chicken seasonings, pound chicken thin, and season both sides. Sear in olive oil 5 minutes per side, then cover and cook 10-12 minutes
03 - Melt butter in pan, add shallots, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer one minute
04 - Add flour, then whisk in broth and cream. Add parmesan and cook until desired consistency
05 - Toss pasta in sauce, adding pasta water to thin if needed. Add sliced chicken and serve
