Chicken Fillet Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Chicken fillets, 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
02 - Garlic, 4 cloves, minced
03 - Heavy cream, 1 cup (240 ml)
04 - Parmesan cheese, 1 cup, grated
05 - Red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
06 - Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
10 - Fries, 1 bag (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the fries according to package instructions or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
04 - Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
05 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve the chicken with fries, drizzling the sauce over the chicken and garnishing with chopped parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked to 165°F (74°C).
02 - Opt for fresh garlic and quality Parmesan for the best flavor.
03 - Adjust spice levels according to your preference.
04 - Let the chicken rest before serving for better juiciness.
05 - Presentation matters; plate beautifully for a professional touch.
