Chicken Enchilada Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
02 - 1 can (4 ounces) green chilies, chopped
03 - ⅓ cup onion, finely diced
04 - ½ cup celery, finely chopped
05 - 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
06 - 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
08 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and stir them until they’re combined nicely.
02 - Spoon the mixture into your slow cooker (1½ quart size or bigger).
03 - Let it cook on high heat for about 2 hours, giving it a stir now and then.
04 - Turn the cooker to the warm setting or low heat until you're ready to enjoy.

01 - Pairs well with crackers or tortilla chips
02 - Rotisserie chicken works great here
