Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until evenly mixed. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until blended. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Layer half of the crumble mixture in the bottom of your serving dish. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the crumble. Cover with cherry pie filling, spreading it out to cover evenly. Sprinkle the remaining crumble over the cherry layer.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the dessert to set and flavors to meld.
