01 - ½ pound ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
03 - 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
04 - 1 tablespoon sour cream
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - 2 large flour tortillas
07 - ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the beef in a small skillet over medium heat, crumbling the meat as it cooks.
02 - Drain the grease, add ¼ cup of water and the taco seasoning, stir to combine, and cook for 5-10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
03 - Add the seasoned beef, cream cheese, and sour cream to a bowl. Mash the mixture together with a fork until well combined. Taste and season with salt if needed.
04 - Divide the mixture evenly between the two tortillas and spread it to the edges. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over each tortilla and roll up tightly.
05 - Use a sharp knife to trim the edges of the tortilla and slice each tortilla into 5 pieces.
06 - Arrange the pinwheels in an air fryer basket in an even layer and cook at 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
07 - Serve the pinwheels immediately.
