Cheesy Spinach Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1½ cups of fresh spinach, finely chopped
02 - 1 cup drained, chopped artichoke hearts from a can
03 - 8 plain, everything, or sesame bagels

→ Cheese & Seasonings

04 - 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
05 - ½ cup Parmesan, grated
06 - 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
07 - 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped, for topping
08 - Salt and pepper as you like
09 - ½ teaspoon of onion powder
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Cook spinach in olive oil until it softens. Combine it with artichokes, seasonings, and cheeses.
02 - Cut bagels in half and toast them at 350°F for around 5-7 minutes.
03 - Layer the bagels with the mix. Bake them for 12-15 minutes at 375°F until melted and bubbly.
04 - Sprinkle parsley on top and enjoy them warm.
