Cheesy Shrimp Sausage Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz rotini pasta or pasta of choice

02 - 2 cups heavy cream
03 - 2 cups fresh grated cheese (Gruyère, aged white cheddar, smoked Gouda, and mild cheddar)
04 - 4 oz cream cheese

→ Seafood and Protein

05 - 10-12 shrimp, tails removed, deveined, raw
06 - 1 tsp seafood seasoning
07 - 1 link smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
08 - 5 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

→ Seasonings and Spices

09 - 1/4 tsp salt
10 - 1/4 tsp pepper
11 - 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
12 - 1 tsp garlic powder
13 - 1/2 tsp onion powder

→ Other

14 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
15 - 2 tbsp butter
16 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Season shrimp with seafood seasoning. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat, and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until curled into a C-shape. Remove from heat and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, cook the smoked sausage pieces until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Melt butter in the pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
04 - Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Gradually stir in the grated cheese mixture until fully melted, then remove from heat.
05 - Add the prepared sauce to the cooked rotini noodles, ensuring even coating.
06 - Gently mix in the cooked shrimp, sausage, and chopped bacon. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional cheese if desired.
