Cheesy Pepperoni Croissants (Print Version)

01 - 1 teaspoon oregano
02 - 1 teaspoon basil
03 - 1 egg
04 - 2 packs of Pillsbury crescent dough
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 16 mozzarella sticks, halved from 8 full sticks
07 - 1 package of pepperoni slices
08 - Optional marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F to warm it up.
02 - Mix up the oregano, basil, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
03 - Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it until smooth.
04 - Pop open the crescent roll cans. At the wider end of each dough piece, lay a mozzarella stick and add a few pepperoni slices on top. Roll it all up snugly from fat end to pointy end. Arrange the rolls on a bare baking sheet. Brush them with the egg mix and sprinkle the herb blend over the top.
05 - Slide the tray into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the tops turn golden. Pair with marinara if you'd like.
