Set your oven to 375°F to warm it up.

Mix up the oregano, basil, and garlic powder in a small bowl.

Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it until smooth.

Pop open the crescent roll cans. At the wider end of each dough piece, lay a mozzarella stick and add a few pepperoni slices on top. Roll it all up snugly from fat end to pointy end. Arrange the rolls on a bare baking sheet. Brush them with the egg mix and sprinkle the herb blend over the top.

Slide the tray into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the tops turn golden. Pair with marinara if you'd like.
