Crank up your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up.

Heat a pan on medium, toss in the butter, and once melted, add the garlic. Stir for around a minute till it smells amazing.

Throw the shrimp into the pan, season them lightly with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn a solid pink (about 3-4 minutes). Take the skillet off the heat.

In a bowl, stir together the cooked shrimp, cream, mozzarella, and half the Parmesan. Give it a good mix.

Coat a 9×9 inch baking dish lightly with oil or butter, then spread the shrimp mixture across the bottom.

In a different bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs and the Parmesan that’s left. Shake this over the shrimp mixture evenly.

Pop it into the oven for 20-25 minutes. Pull it out when the top’s golden and bubbling.

Once out of the oven, give it a few minutes to cool. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top right before serving.
