Cheesy Garlic Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1/2 cup chilled water
03 - 2 cups pancake or biscuit mix (e.g., Bisquick)

→ Butter Topping

04 - 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes (dried)
05 - 1/4 cup melted butter
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a loaf pan with non-stick spray or grease it to keep things from sticking.
02 - Mix the biscuit mix, water, and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes soft and dough-like.
03 - Scoop the dough into your greased loaf pan and even it out. Bake it for around 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean and the top is golden.
04 - As the loaf is baking, stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
05 - Once the bread finishes baking, take it out and immediately spread the butter mixture across the top.
06 - Let the bread cool off in the pan for about 10 minutes. Move it to a rack to cool completely before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - This cheesy and garlicky loaf is perfect alongside soups, salads, or even hearty entrees.
