Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a loaf pan with non-stick spray or grease it to keep things from sticking.

Mix the biscuit mix, water, and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes soft and dough-like.

Scoop the dough into your greased loaf pan and even it out. Bake it for around 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean and the top is golden.

As the loaf is baking, stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.

Once the bread finishes baking, take it out and immediately spread the butter mixture across the top.

Let the bread cool off in the pan for about 10 minutes. Move it to a rack to cool completely before slicing.
