Broccoli Rice Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup crushed chips (potato).
02 - 1 medium onion, white, diced.
03 - 4 cups broccoli florets, fresh, chopped.
04 - 8 ounces Velveeta, split in half.
05 - 1 1/2 cups white rice, quick-cook.
06 - 10.5 ounces chicken soup (cream-based).
07 - 1/2 cup milk, any type works.
08 - 1/2 cup butter, unsalted.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to heat up.
02 - Follow the instructions on the rice pack to cook it.
03 - In butter, sauté the onion with the broccoli.
04 - Blend the soup, some milk, and half the cheese. Let them melt together.
05 - Toss rice in and move it all into a baking dish.
06 - Layer leftover cheese and chips over the top.
07 - Cook for half an hour until bubbly and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Frozen broccoli can work too.
02 - Wait to add the chips till right before baking.
03 - Makes a good side for dinner.
