Add flour, salt and olive oil to yeast mixture, stirring until cohesive dough forms.

Transfer dough to floured surface and knead thoroughly for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place kneaded dough in greased bowl and cover with clean cloth for 30-minute rise in warm spot.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll dough into rectangle approximately 1/2 inch thick. Distribute mozzarella evenly, pressing with rolling pin.

Cut dough into strips using pizza cutter. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and oregano, brush over breadsticks.
