Cheesecake Chocolate Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar.
04 - 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips.
05 - 1 cup cold heavy cream.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - Fresh berries (optional topping).
08 - Whipped cream (optional topping).

# Instructions:

01 - Gently warm chocolate in short bursts, then let it cool a bit.
02 - Beat the softened cream cheese until it's creamy and lump-free.
03 - Blend the melted chocolate into the cream cheese.
04 - Whip cold cream together with cocoa, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
05 - Combine the whipped cream gently into the chocolate mixture.
06 - Spoon into individual serving cups.
07 - Refrigerate for at least one and a half hours.

01 - Cream cheese should be at room temperature for easier mixing.
02 - Chill the mixing bowl for better cream whipping.
