Cheesy Beef Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced.
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed.
05 - 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands).
06 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
07 - 1 tbsp parsley, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

05 - Place bombs on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter.
06 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - Let cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, sprinkle garlic powder on dough before baking.
02 - These bombs are great for parties or as a snack.
