Cheese Ball Reindeer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups finely chopped pecans.
02 - 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/3 cup sour cream.
04 - 16 oz of cream cheese, softened.
05 - A couple of spoonfuls (2-3) of ranch seasoning.
06 - For decorating: olives, small tomatoes, pretzels.

# Instructions:

01 - Whip together the softened cream cheese and sour cream till creamy. Toss in the ranch mix and shredded cheese, stirring it all up.
02 - Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap. Form into a ball with your hands, wrap it up, and stick it in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
03 - Spread out the chopped pecans and roll your cheese ball over them so it's completely covered.
04 - Stick on olive slices for eyes, a tomato for the nose, and pretzels for antlers. Use toothpicks to keep everything in place if needed.
05 - Place it on a platter and, if you'd like, surround with crackers or fresh herbs for a festive touch.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
02 - Wait to decorate until it's time to bring it out.
03 - It'll last 5-7 days in the fridge as long as you skip the decorative parts.
