Dill Pickle Ball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Shredded cheddar cheese
02 - Dill pickles
03 - Black pepper
04 - Salt
05 - Fresh dill
06 - Sour cream
07 - Lemon juice
08 - Garlic powder
09 - Cream cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice into a bowl. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then whip with a hand mixer for a minute or two until it’s creamy and light. Toss in some shredded cheddar, the chopped pickles, and freshly snipped dill, then stir until it’s all blended nicely.
02 - Spread two overlapping sheets of plastic wrap on your counter. Plop the cheese mix into the middle, pull the wrap around it, and twist up the ends to shape a ball. Make it tight! Stick it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it’s firmer.
03 - Scatter some lemon zest, fresh dill, and shredded cheddar across your work area. Take the chilled cheese ball, unwrap it, and roll it over the toppings so they stick all over. Press any loose bits into any empty spots. Move it to a plate, set out some crackers, and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - To make sure the cheese ball keeps its shape when served, leave it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
