Carrot Cake Easter (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 cup cream cheese chips
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
04 - 1 box of pre-made carrot cake mix
05 - Decorative sprinkles (bunny and carrot shapes) for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the carrot cake mix, eggs, and oil in a bowl. Toss in the cream cheese chips and stir. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Turn on the oven to 350°F and let it heat up. Take two baking trays, then cover each with parchment paper.
03 - Scoop small portions of the dough using a cookie scoop and put them on the trays, spaced about 2 inches apart. Add one bunny and one carrot sprinkle on top of each cookie.
04 - Cook the cookies for 11-13 minutes, then let them cool fully before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling the dough keeps the cookies from spreading out too much in the oven.
02 - No cream cheese chips? Swap them with white chocolate ones instead.
03 - Keep cookies fresh by storing them in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
