In a small bowl, mix honey (or maple syrup), melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the honey mixture.

Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until grill marks appear.
