Lemon Balm Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Honey if you'd like it sweeter (optional).
02 - A quart of clean water.
03 - Some lemon slices for topping.
04 - 2 tablespoons of dried lemon balm, or grab 20 fresh leaves.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up about a quart of water until it’s bubbling.
02 - Toss the lemon balm leaves into a teapot.
03 - Pour in the hot water, give it a quick stir, and let it sit for around 10 minutes.
04 - Strain or pour into a mug. Sweeten with honey if you'd like, and top off with a lemon slice and maybe a leaf of lemon balm.

# Notes:

01 - Both fresh and dried lemon balm work well.
02 - You can also sprinkle the leaves into jellies or salads.
03 - Store-bought herbal products aren’t regulated by the FDA, so be cautious.
