→ Alabama White Sauce

11 - 1 cup mayonnaise
12 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
13 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
14 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
15 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
16 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
17 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
18 - Salt, to taste
19 - Black pepper, to taste
20 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (200°C). In a bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken with olive oil and rub with Cajun spice mixture. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
02 - Place chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes after grilling.
03 - While the chicken grills, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Optionally, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to blend flavors.
04 - Serve the grilled chicken with a generous drizzle of Alabama White Sauce. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Marinating the chicken longer enhances flavor.
