07 - 6 full cups of powdered sugar
08 - 3 to 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or paste
10 - Food colors: pink and yellow

→ Decor Essentials

11 - Various colorful sprinkles
12 - Pre-made royal icing bunny feet decorations

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
02 - Blend the cake mix, pudding powder, extracts, and box ingredients along with the extra egg and oil. Split the batter into two separate bowls. Add purple to one, and pink coloring to the other.
03 - Pour pink batter first, filling liners about a third. Add the purple batter on top to make it two-thirds full.
04 - Follow the baking time on the mix's box. Let the cupcakes cool fully once done.
05 - Beat softened butter until creamy. Mix in half the sugar, then stir in the rest along with 3-4 tablespoons cream and vanilla extract. Color 2/3 of the frosting yellow and the remaining 1/3 pink.
06 - Pipe yellow frosting with a round tip and dip into sprinkles. Use a 1M tip to swirl pink frosting on top. Finish each with a royal icing bunny bottom.

# Notes:

01 - Prefer less frosting? Use only 2 sticks butter, 4 cups powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
02 - Find bunny bottom toppers in cake shops or online. They're easy to locate around Easter.
03 - Adding pudding mix makes the cupcakes extra soft and moist.
