Set your oven to 400°F and let it heat up.

Toss shredded chicken with hot sauce in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.

Stir in cream cheese chunks and ranch dressing. Cook until everything is smooth and warmed up.

Take the skillet off the burner. Stir in half of both cheeses, and then sprinkle the rest on top.
