Brownie Batter Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup packaged dry brownie mix
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1 cup chocolate chips (semisweet)
04 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
05 - 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
06 - 5 cups of Rice Chex cereal

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwaveable bowl. Heat them up in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until it's perfectly smooth. Mix in the vanilla last.
02 - Grab a big bowl and throw in the Rice Chex. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter blend over it and gently fold everything together so the cereal stays intact.
03 - In a large ziplock bag, toss together the brownie mix and powdered sugar. Shake it up or stir around to combine.
04 - Drop the chocolate-covered cereal into the bag with the sugar mix. Seal the bag super tight and give it an enthusiastic shake until every piece is totally covered.
05 - Spread the coated cereal on a parchment-lined baking sheet to dry completely. When it's all set, you can put it in a container or serve it up right away.

# Notes:

01 - Keep it in a sealed container for up to 7 days.
02 - Feel free to use dark or milk chocolate chips if that's your thing.
03 - Toss in a few mini marshmallows for an extra fun touch!
