Dump the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwaveable bowl. Heat them up in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until it's perfectly smooth. Mix in the vanilla last.

Grab a big bowl and throw in the Rice Chex. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter blend over it and gently fold everything together so the cereal stays intact.

In a large ziplock bag, toss together the brownie mix and powdered sugar. Shake it up or stir around to combine.

Drop the chocolate-covered cereal into the bag with the sugar mix. Seal the bag super tight and give it an enthusiastic shake until every piece is totally covered.

Spread the coated cereal on a parchment-lined baking sheet to dry completely. When it's all set, you can put it in a container or serve it up right away.
