# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup brown sugar
02 - ½ cup butter, softened
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
05 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1 cup rhubarb, finely diced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375ºF.
02 - Cream brown sugar, butter, and egg together until smooth.
03 - Whisk together all-purpose flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
04 - Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture to form a dough.
05 - Gently fold in the finely diced rhubarb.
06 - Scoop dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
