Heat your oven to 250°F. Put parchment paper or a mat on a baking tray and set it aside.

Using a big bowl, whisk together the egg whites and salt until they get foamy.

Combine the sugar and Jello powder into the beaten egg whites. Beat until stiff peaks hold their shape.

Gently fold in the vinegar. If you'd like, toss in some mini chocolate chips.

Scoop or pipe the mix onto your tray. Sprinkle on some decorations, if you'd like.

Pop the tray in the oven for 30 minutes and don’t open the door. After that, turn off the heat and leave them inside for another 20 to 30 minutes.

Take the tray out and let the cookies cool all the way before serving or storing them.
