# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

→ Grains

02 - 1 cup long-grain rice

→ Liquids

03 - 2 cups chicken broth
04 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

→ Fats

05 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
02 - Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides (5-7 minutes).
03 - Stir in rice and cook for 1-2 minutes until coated in juices.
04 - Pour in chicken broth and BBQ sauce, then stir to combine.
05 - Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook on low for 20 minutes.
06 - Remove from heat, let sit for a few minutes, fluff rice, and serve hot.
