Warm the cream in a pan, take it off the heat, then mix in the butter until it melts. Stir in the blueberry powder.

Using a double boiler, melt your white chocolate carefully until smooth. Keep it under 105°F.

Once they're at the same temperature, add the blueberry mix to the melted chocolate.

Let the mix cool down, press plastic wrap onto its surface, and stick it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Stir a little at the start.

Form 1-inch balls. Dust your hands with powdered sugar or clean them often.

Toss the balls in powdered sugar so they're fully covered.

Put them in an airtight box and keep them in the fridge for up to 7 days.
