Blueberry White Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for coating.
02 - 5 tablespoons butter, unsalted and soft.
03 - 1.2 oz powdered freeze-dried blueberries.
04 - 9 oz white chocolate, chopped finely.
05 - 3 tablespoons heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the cream in a pan, take it off the heat, then mix in the butter until it melts. Stir in the blueberry powder.
02 - Using a double boiler, melt your white chocolate carefully until smooth. Keep it under 105°F.
03 - Once they're at the same temperature, add the blueberry mix to the melted chocolate.
04 - Let the mix cool down, press plastic wrap onto its surface, and stick it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Stir a little at the start.
05 - Form 1-inch balls. Dust your hands with powdered sugar or clean them often.
06 - Toss the balls in powdered sugar so they're fully covered.
07 - Put them in an airtight box and keep them in the fridge for up to 7 days.

01 - Don't skip the freeze-dried blueberries.
02 - Keep a close watch on the chocolate's heat.
03 - You can freeze leftovers to make them last longer.
