Black Coal Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups of white chocolate chips.
02 - 14 ounces of sweet condensed milk.
03 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
04 - 2 big spoons of butter.
05 - Half a teaspoon of sea salt.
06 - 2 teaspoons black food dye.
07 - Optional: silver or black sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover an 8x8 pan with parchment paper to make cleanup easy.
02 - In a heavy pot, melt the chips, milk, butter, salt, and vanilla over a gentle heat. Stir constantly for about 5-7 minutes until it turns silky. Don’t crank up the heat or it’ll scorch.
03 - Once off the stove, stir in black dye until everything looks super dark.
04 - Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Throw on sprinkles if you like.
05 - Let it rest and fully cool down, then wrap up and chill in your fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
06 - Using the parchment, lift it out of the pan. Slice into small 1-inch squares.

# Notes:

01 - Using dark chocolate? You might not need much dye.
02 - Cooking times can vary based on the brand of milk.
03 - If the fudge ends up too soft, just melt it again and redo.
