Heat the oven to 400°F. Either grease your mini muffin pans or line them with parchment paper cups.

In a medium bowl, stir together the pancake mix and water. It's okay if it's still a little lumpy.

Mix the shredded cheese, cooked sausage, and maple syrup into the pancake batter.

Divide the batter across the mini muffin tins, making sure they’re filled evenly.

Pop them in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and fully set.
