Birthday Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag white chocolate chips (11 oz).
02 - 1/2 cup yellow cake mix (just the dry stuff).
03 - 1 jar marshmallow fluff (7 oz).
04 - 1 cup white sugar.
05 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.
06 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter.
07 - Pinch of salt.
08 - 1 cup rainbow sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 9-inch square pan with parchment paper for easy removal later.
02 - Place white chocolate chips, dry cake mix, and marshmallow fluff in a large bowl. Set aside.
03 - In a pot, melt butter, sugar, cream, and salt over medium heat. Stir until mixture starts bubbling.
04 - Once bubbling, continue stirring constantly for 4 minutes.
05 - Pour hot mixture over bowl of chocolate and cake mix. Mix on low for 1 minute until chocolate melts. Fold in most of the sprinkles.
06 - Pour into prepared pan and quickly top with remaining sprinkles. Let set for 4 hours.
