Line 9-inch square pan with parchment paper for easy removal later.

Place white chocolate chips, dry cake mix, and marshmallow fluff in a large bowl. Set aside.

In a pot, melt butter, sugar, cream, and salt over medium heat. Stir until mixture starts bubbling.

Once bubbling, continue stirring constantly for 4 minutes.

Pour hot mixture over bowl of chocolate and cake mix. Mix on low for 1 minute until chocolate melts. Fold in most of the sprinkles.

Pour into prepared pan and quickly top with remaining sprinkles. Let set for 4 hours.
