# Ingredients:

→ Berry Sauce

01 - 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
02 - 3/4 cup white sugar
03 - 1 1/2 cups plain water

→ Filling and Layers

04 - 8 oz mascarpone cheese
05 - 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
06 - 1 package soft ladyfinger cookies
07 - 2/3 cup powdered sugar
08 - 1 1/2 cups chopped berries

# Instructions:

01 - Pour water and sugar into a pot. Stir in berries, heat to a gentle boil, then let simmer 10 minutes. Let it cool down, then strain the mixture.
02 - Mix powdered sugar with cold cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
03 - In a square 8x8 dish, arrange a layer of ladyfingers dipped in berry sauce. Spread half the mascarpone mix on top, then sprinkle with berries.
04 - Repeat the same layering—soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, then berries.
05 - Cover tightly with foil and chill in the fridge 4+ hours or leave overnight. Add fresh berries on top before serving.
