Beef Pasta Creamy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces of dry pasta.
02 - 14-ounce can of diced tomatoes with liquid.
03 - 3/4 cup of whipping cream.
04 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
05 - 1 pound of ground beef.
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic, minced.
07 - 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
08 - Half a yellow onion, finely diced.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning blend for Italian dishes.
11 - Black pepper, add as much as you like.
12 - A pinch of salt, or to your liking.
13 - Optional: Fresh Parmesan, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Follow the package for timing, and stop when it’s firm but cooked.
02 - In a big skillet, warm up olive oil over medium-high heat. Stir onions around for about 4 minutes until soft.
03 - Toss in ground beef with minced garlic. Break apart the meat as it cooks for 8 minutes, letting it brown. Drain out any fat left behind.
04 - Mix in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, Dijon, and Italian seasoning. Let it all bubble for around 5 minutes.
05 - Pour in the cream and let it gently cook for 3 minutes or so, until it warms and thickens just a little.
06 - Mix the meat sauce with the cooked pasta. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper, then, if you want, Parmesan on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep this ahead and reheat it on low.
02 - Upon sitting, the sauce gets thicker.
