Beef Creamy Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 6 oz of egg noodles.
03 - 1/4 cup of flour.
04 - 1/4 cup of butter.
05 - 1 1/4 cups of milk.
06 - 1 cup of beef broth.
07 - 3/4 teaspoon of salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper.
11 - 1/4 cup of sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil noodles by following the package's directions, then set them aside.
02 - In a skillet, cook the beef until it's no longer pink, for about 6-8 minutes. Drain any grease if necessary.
03 - In the same skillet, melt the butter, whisk in the flour, and stir for around 2 minutes.
04 - Slowly pour in the broth, then the milk, whisking until it thickens. This should take 7-10 minutes.
05 - Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
06 - Add the beef, sour cream, and noodles to the mix. Heat everything together before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Go for leaner beef to cut down on draining.
02 - Stick to 6 oz of noodles or less.
03 - Greek yogurt can work as a replacement.
