Beef Cheese Dip Crockpot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - 2 cans (10 ounces each) diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
04 - 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Coat the inside of your slow cooker with a nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef thoroughly until browned. Get rid of any extra grease.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning with water as directed on the package. Let it cook until the liquid has disappeared.
04 - Put the seasoned beef, Velveeta cubes, and drained tomatoes with green chiles into the slow cooker.
05 - Mix everything together, then set the slow cooker on low. Let it cook until the cheese is gooey and fully melted, about 60 to 90 minutes.
06 - Leave the slow cooker on the warm setting while serving. Dish up with tortilla chips on the side.
