Beef Cheddar Pasta Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 8 oz of your choice pasta (penne or rotini)
02 - 1 pound of ground beef
03 - 1 diced small onion
04 - 2 shredded cheddar cheese cups
05 - About 2 cups of beef broth
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
07 - Season to taste with salt and pepper
08 - Mix (1 oz packet) of ranch seasoning
09 - 1 cup of milk

# Instructions:

01 - Warm some olive oil in a big pot over medium heat. Toss in the diced onion and ground beef, cooking them together until the onion softens and beef browns. Drain any extra greasiness.
02 - Mix in the pasta, ranch mix, milk, and beef broth. Let it come to a boil, then turn down to a low heat. Cover and simmer for around 10-12 mins, stirring every now and then, until your pasta is soft.
03 - Take the pot off the stove and blend in the cheddar until it’s nicely melted and smooth.
04 - Sprinkle with pepper and salt however you like. Serve it warm.

# Notes:

01 - Top it off with freshly chopped green onions or parsley for extra flavor.
02 - You can swap ground beef with ground chicken or turkey.
03 - Use more (or less) cheese depending on how you like it.
