Avocado Chicken Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mixture

01 - ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt
02 - 3 ripe bananas, chopped up
03 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
04 - 2 tablespoons of honey
05 - 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
06 - ½ cup of unflavored protein powder (2 scoops)

→ Extras on Top

07 - Mint leaves for decoration
08 - Whipped cream
09 - Fresh banana slices
10 - Vanilla wafers

# Instructions:

01 - Throw in the bananas, yogurt, cottage cheese, honey, protein powder, and vanilla. Blend until creamy, but stop before it gets too thin.
02 - Add layers of banana slices, pudding mixture, vanilla wafers, and if you're into it, some whipped cream in jars.
03 - You can eat right away or pop it into the fridge for a couple of hours.

# Notes:

01 - Chop bananas smaller so your blender handles them better
02 - Keep blending to a minimum to avoid a watery mix
03 - Feel free to tweak the protein powder amount to your liking
