Banana Bread One Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 small or 3 large ripe bananas, extra soft
02 - ½ cup butter, melted and unsalted
03 - ⅔ cup white sugar
04 - 2 eggs at room temperature, large
05 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
06 - 2 cups plain flour (all-purpose)
07 - 1 tsp baking soda
08 - ¼ tsp salt
09 - ½ tsp baking powder
10 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5 pan with grease.
02 - Take bananas and smash them in a big bowl using a fork or masher until smooth.
03 - Whisk butter into mashed bananas. Stir in sugar, eggs, and then vanilla.
04 - Stir in cinnamon, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt till mixed.
05 - Pour mixture evenly into the greased loaf pan. Pop it in the oven for about an hour, checking with a toothpick.
06 - Leave loaf in the pan for 5–10 minutes before putting it on a rack to cool fully.

# Notes:

01 - Toss in nuts, dried fruits, or even chocolate chips if you like
02 - Super ripe bananas make it taste better
03 - Swap sugar with coconut or raw sugar if needed
04 - Keep leftovers frozen for up to 3 months
