# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound fresh crab meat
02 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 large egg, lightly beaten
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
07 - 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1/2 cup bread crumbs
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - 1/4 cup butter for frying
12 - Lemon wedges, for serving
13 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, gently combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, fresh parsley, bread crumbs, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Shape the mixture into 8-10 crab cakes, pressing gently to hold them together.
03 - Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted and hot.
04 - Add the crab cakes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
05 - Remove the crab cakes from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
