In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and kosher salt. Mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture and place them as mounds on the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten each mound.
