Flourless Pistachio Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 pound skinless chicken breasts, boneless
02 - 2 tablespoons of your choice of avocado or olive oil
03 - ½ teaspoon each of salt and garlic powder
04 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder
05 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Wrap Assembly

06 - 6 medium flour tortillas (8-inch)
07 - 2 ripe avocados
08 - ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - ½ cup of your go-to salsa

# Instructions:

01 - Pour oil into a hot skillet. Rub spices onto the chicken. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes until the inside's no longer pink.
02 - Once cool, slice chicken into strips for easy wrapping.
03 - On each tortilla, stack chicken strips, salsa, cheese, and slices of avocado. Tuck up the bottom, then fold in both sides.
04 - Put folded wraps seam side down in the skillet. Lightly grill till crispy and golden, flipping after 3-4 minutes so the cheese fully melts.

# Notes:

01 - Try serving these with some extra salsa or even sour cream!
02 - You can use the leftover oil for grilling the wraps.
