Avocado Chicken Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 slices of bread.
02 - 2 chicken breasts.
03 - A pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
04 - 1 small red onion.
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
06 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
07 - 1 avocado, cut into slices.
08 - 4 slices of cheese.
09 - A little butter for the pan.
10 - 1 tomato.
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking.

# Instructions:

01 - Using oil, fry the seasoned chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until cooked. Let rest, then slice thinly.
02 - Get the cheese ready. Slice up the tomato, avocado, and onion.
03 - Spread the mayo and mustard on the bread. Layer it up with chicken, onion, avocado, cheese, and tomato.
04 - Warm butter in a pan and toast the sandwiches gently for 3–4 minutes on each side. Press down lightly to melt the cheese.
05 - Let the sandwiches cool just a bit, slice them in half, and enjoy them warm.
