Amish Country Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces medium egg noodles.
02 - 1 pound ground beef, lean.
03 - 1 diced medium onion.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
06 - 1 can tomato soup, condensed.
07 - 1 cup of milk.
08 - 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dried.
13 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x13 pan with grease.
02 - Prepare noodles in salted, boiling water until just tender per package directions. Drain completely.
03 - Cook ground beef with onions for 5-7 minutes. Toss in garlic and cook another minute. Remove excess grease.
04 - In a big bowl, stir together both soups, the milk, Worcestershire, and seasonings.
05 - Mix noodles and meat with the sauce, then pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
06 - Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbling. Rest 5 minutes before digging in.
