01 - 2 cups diced, cooked chicken
02 - ½ cup sliced, blanched almonds
03 - 1 stick chopped celery
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
05 - ½ cup mayo
06 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure all items are ready to go before starting.
02 - Heat almonds in a pan on medium. Keep shaking so they don't scorch.
03 - Combine mayo, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl.
04 - Gently mix the chicken, toasted almonds, celery, and the sauce.
