# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ cup bbq sauce
02 - ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

→ Protein and Vegetables

05 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
06 - 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
07 - 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Add the bbq sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
02 - Stir in the chicken, pineapple, and red pepper until coated evenly with the sauce mixture.
03 - Place the chicken mixture in the basket of an air fryer and set it to cook for 11 minutes at 400°F.
04 - Stir the chicken mixture halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking and continue until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
05 - Serve the cooked chicken mixture hot over rice.
